Are your sunglasses suitable for driving?

Yes. Our polarized sunglasses are designed to help reduce harsh glare, making them suitable for driving, travel, and daily outdoor use.

Do your sunglasses block UVA and UVB rays?

Shipping Questions

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders within the United States.

We currently ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Order Questions

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at alvezfernando464@gmail.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my sunglasses?

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us at alvezfernando464@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
