At LUMIAIR Eyewear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days after the order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Final sale items
Gift cards
Items that have been used, worn, scratched, damaged, or altered
Items returned without original packaging or accessories
Items damaged due to improper use or care
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at alvezfernando464@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send any items back before receiving return instructions from our customer support team.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at alvezfernando464@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
